Oregon State University Extension Service is recruiting for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Extension Agent with an academic rank of Assistant Professor located in our Coos County Office with an academic home in the College of Forestry on the Corvallis Campus. This position will provide a Forestry and Natural Resources Extension Program for the Coos and CurryCounty area by planning, conducting and evaluating issue-based educational programs for woodland owners, forest products firms, watershed councils, professional foresters, conservation groups, loggers, policy makers and community leaders, youth and the general public. Requires B.S. and M.S. degrees in Forestry or related renewable natural resources, strong communication skills, and demonstrated interest in Extension educational programs.
